  • How long do I have access?

    Access to programme materials is currently not subject to a fixed expiry date on this platform. Contact Bright Leadership Consulting if you require assistance with access.

  • How long does completion usually take?

    Most participants complete the programme at their own pace, with the learning activity corresponding to the accredited range of 20–25 CPD hours. The lower bound reflects the structured content; the upper bound includes the applied work and closing exercise.

  • What support is included?

    Self-directed enrolment includes email support for access and content queries, normally answered within one working day. Facilitated, cohort and organisational delivery includes a named point of contact, confirmed at scoping.

  • How is payment taken, and is VAT included?

    The individual fee is £449, taken securely on this platform. Fees are stated in GBP. Any tax or VAT applicable to your purchase is calculated and shown at checkout.

  • Can I have an invoice or use a purchase order?

    A receipt showing the order details is provided following a completed purchase. For organisational purchases, invoices and purchase-order arrangements are available on request — enquire before enrolling so the purchase is raised correctly.

  • What are the cancellation terms?

    Cancellation and refund arrangements are set out in our Terms at brightleadershipconsulting.com/terms. If you need to cancel, contact us in writing as soon as possible and we will confirm the position for your purchase.

  • How is completion approved?

    Completion means every module has been worked through and the closing exercise has been submitted within this platform. Completion is reviewed and approved by Bright Leadership Consulting.

  • When is the certificate issued?

    Participants who satisfy the approved completion requirements receive the official CPDSO Certificate of Attendance manually from Bright Leadership Consulting, using the standard template supplied by CPDSO. Certificates are not generated or downloaded automatically. Certificates are normally issued within ten working days of approved completion. The CPDSO Certificate of Attendance records participation in an accredited CPD activity. It is not a qualification, professional certification or academic award. Bright Leadership Consulting is an official Accredited Provider recognised by The CPD Standards Office, Provider Number 50838. Accreditation period: 2025–2026.
